Studio F was born out of challenge and opportunity. When COVID-19 brought the event industry to a sudden halt, the team at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess faced an unprecedented moment of uncertainty. Rather than pause or wait for conditions to improve, they pivoted, creating a new, independent division dedicated to producing the resort’s iconic events with creativity, precision, and innovation. Their goal was clear: to continue delivering unforgettable experiences even in the most uncertain times.

What began on a humble dirt lot has, in just five years, grown into a fully realized creative studio spanning 4,000 square feet, supported by over 50,000 square feet of storage and fabrication space. This growth reflects not just expansion in size, but in expertise, capability, and vision. Studio F now operates as a full-service event production and scenic design company, capable of handling large-scale corporate events, immersive social celebrations, festivals, weddings, and experiential activations.

The team’s approach blends artistry with technical precision. From conceptual design and custom fabrication to scenic construction, lighting, staging, and on-site execution, every project is executed with meticulous attention to detail.
